– 1 pound ground beef (80/20 fat ratio works best) – 4 square-shaped burger buns (or regular buns cut into squares) – 8 slices of American cheese, cut into squares – 1 large tomato, cut into cubes – 1 small onion, diced into small squares – 4 lettuce leaves, cut into square pieces – 1/4 cup mayonnaise – 1/4 cup ketchup – 2 tablespoons mustard – 1 tablespoon garlic powder – Salt and pepper to taste
