Ingredients

4 slices of thick bread (Texas toast or brioche), cut into thirds

1/2 cup milk

1/4 cup pumpkin puree

1 large egg

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 tsp pumpkin pie spice

1 tbsp brown sugar

Cooking spray

Maple syrup

Powdered sugar (optional)

Instructions

1. Prepare the Pumpkin Mixture:

In a shallow bowl, whisk together milk, pumpkin puree, egg, vanilla extract, pumpkin pie spice, and brown sugar until smooth.

2. Dip the Bread:

Dip each bread stick into the pumpkin mixture, coating all sides. Let excess drip off.
