Bacon-Wrapped Cream Cheese Stuffed Chicken Breasts
Ingredients:
4 chicken breasts
8 oz (225g) softened cream cheese
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
Salt and pepper (to taste)
8 slices of bacon

Directions:
1.Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Prepare the Filling:
In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth and fully combined.
3. Prepare the Chicken:
With a sharp knife, cut a pocket into the thickest part of each chicken breast, being careful not to cut all the way through.
Fill each pocket with the cream cheese mixture. You can use a spoon or your hands to stuff the filling.
4. Wrap with Bacon:
Wrap two slices of bacon around each stuffed chicken breast, ensuring it is tightly secured. Use toothpicks to hold the bacon in place if needed.
5. Bake the Chicken:
Place the bacon-wrapped chicken breasts on a baking dish lined with parchment paper or lightly greased.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the internal temperature of the chicken reaches 165°F (74°C).
6. Rest & Serve:
Take the chicken out of the oven and let it rest for 5–10 minutes before slicing.
