Ingredients
For the Baked Sriracha Ribs:
2 lbs baby back ribs
Salt and pepper, to taste
½ cup Sriracha sauce
¼ cup honey
¼ cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons rice vinegar
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon ginger, grated
For the Noodles:
8 oz Chinese egg noodles (or any preferred noodles)
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup bell peppers, sliced (any color)
1 cup snap peas (or other vegetables)
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon sesame oil
Green onions (for garnish)
Sesame seeds (for garnish)
Instructions
Prepare the Ribs:
Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
Season the ribs with salt and pepper. In a bowl, mix Sriracha, honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, garlic, and ginger.
Place the ribs in a baking dish and brush with the Sriracha mixture. Cover tightly with foil.
Bake the Ribs:
Bake the ribs for about 2.5 to 3 hours until tender. Remove the foil for the last 30 minutes to allow caramelization.
Cook the Noodles:
While the ribs are baking, cook the noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.
Add bell peppers and snap peas; stir-fry for about 3 minutes until tender-crisp.
Toss in the cooked noodles, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Stir well to combine.
Serve:
Slice the baked ribs and serve them over a bed of stir-fried noodles.
Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds.
