Here’s a super simple and fun Chocolate Easter Fudge Recipe that’s perfect for holiday gatherings. This rich, creamy fudge is loaded with Cadbury mini eggs, but you can add any Easter candies for a festive touch.

Easy Easter Chocolate Fudge

Prep Time: 10 minutes

Cook Time: 1 minute

Chill Time: 3-4 hours

Yield: 12 servings

Ingredients:

3 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips

1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk

1/4 cup salted butter

1 (10 oz) bag of Cadbury mini eggs (or other Easter candies)

Instructions:

Prepare the Pan:

Line an 8×8 or 9×9 inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving some overhang on the sides.

Lightly coat with nonstick cooking spray to ensure easy removal.

Add Easter Candy Base:

Place half of the mini eggs evenly on the bottom of the prepared pan.

Make the Fudge:

In a microwave-safe bowl, mix the chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter.

Microwave uncovered for 1 minute. Stir well, letting the residual heat melt the chocolate completely.

If necessary, microwave in 15-second intervals, stirring after each interval, until the mixture is smooth.

Assemble:

Pour the fudge mixture over the mini eggs in the pan. Use a spatula to spread it evenly.

Press the remaining mini eggs into the top of the fudge.

Chill:

Refrigerate the fudge for at least 3-4 hours, or until set.

Serve:

Lift the fudge out using the parchment overhang, place on a cutting board, and slice into squares. For smooth cuts, warm a knife in hot water, wipe dry, and slice.

Storage Tips:

Refrigerator: Store uncut fudge in an airtight bag for freshness, or store cut pieces in an airtight container.

Freezer: Wrap fudge in parchment or plastic wrap, then place in a freezer-safe bag or container. Freeze for up to 2 months, and let it come to room temperature before serving.

Variations:

Different Chocolate: Try dark, milk, or white chocolate.

Other Easter Treats: Use pastel sprinkles, jelly beans, or Whopper eggs for added color and fun.

This fudge is a delicious, festive way to celebrate Easter with family and friends!
