  • 4 boneless and skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1/2 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1/2 medium red onion, sliced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons fajita seasoning or taco seasoning
  • 2 cups grated cheese (smoked cheddar or sharp cheddar)
  • 1/2 cup sauce
  • 1 cup ground tortilla chips (for garnish)
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Lime wedges (for serving)

  1. Preheat the oven:
