Ingredients
3 cups cooked, shredded chicken rotisserie chicken works great
2 cans (10.5 oz each cream of mushroom or cream of chicken soup
1 cup sour cream
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup milk
1 cup frozen mixed vegetables peas carrots green beans
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
1 sleeve buttery crackers (such as Ritz), crushed
2 tbsp melted butter
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish, optional)
Instructions
Preheat the Oven:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch casserole dish.
Combine the Filling:
In a large bowl mix together the shredded chicken, cream of mushroom (or chicken) soup, sour cream, cheddar cheese, milk, mixed vegetables, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until everything is well combined.
