Ingredients

First Layer:

200g plain biscuits, crushed

70g melted butter

1/4 tsp cinnamon

Second Layer:

3 cups water

6 tbsp powdered milk

8 tbsp sugar

6 tbsp semolina

1/4 tsp liquid vanilla

Third Layer:

1 packet strawberry jelly powder

1 cup hot water

1/2 cup ice water

1/4 cup sliced strawberries

Instructions

1. Prepare the First Layer:

In a large bowl, mix the crushed biscuits, cinnamon, and melted butter.

Press the mixture into an even layer in a baking tray lined with parchment paper.

2. Prepare the Second Layer:

In a pot, combine water, powdered milk, sugar, semolina, and vanilla. Stir thoroughly.

Heat the mixture on low, stirring constantly until it thickens.

Pour this mixture over the biscuit base, spreading evenly. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set.

3. Prepare the Third Layer:

In a bowl, dissolve the strawberry jelly powder in hot water, then add the ice water.

Pour the jelly mixture over the chilled second layer.

Arrange the sliced strawberries on top and refrigerate until the jelly is firm.

4. Serve:

Once set, slice the fake cheesecake into pieces and serve chilled.
