Pumpkin Molasses Bread

Ingredients:
* 1 cup pumpkin puree
* 1/2 cup molasses
* 1/2 cup vegetable oil
* 2 large eggs
* 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
* 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
* 1 teaspoon baking soda
* 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
* 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
* 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
* 1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions:
* Preheat oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a loaf pan.
* Combine wet ingredients: In a large bowl, whisk together the pumpkin puree, molasses, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla extract.
* Add dry ingredients: In a separate bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, cinnamon, ginger, cloves, and salt. Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet mixture, stirring lightly until just combined.
* Bake: Transfer the batter to the prepared loaf pan and bake for 45-50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
