Spaghetti Garlic Bread Boats

Yields: 4 servings

Cook time: 20-25 minutes

Ingredients:

 * 1 loaf of French bread

 * 1 pound spaghetti

 * 1 jar (24 ounces) marinara sauce

 * 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

 * 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

 * 2 cloves garlic, minced

 * 1/4 cup olive oil

 * Fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions:

 * Prepare the bread: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Cut the French bread lengthwise into four equal parts. Hollow out the bread, leaving a thick crust.

 * Cook the spaghetti: Cook the spaghetti according to package directions. Drain and set aside.

 * Make the garlic bread: In a small bowl, combine the minced garlic and olive oil. Brush the inside of the hollowed-out bread with the garlic oil.

 * Assemble the boats: Fill each bread boat with cooked spaghetti, then top with marinara sauce, mozzarella cheese, and Parmesan cheese.

Bake: Place in the preheated oven and bake for 20–25 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Serve: Garnish with fresh parsley and serve right away.
