Ingredients
1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
1/2 cup cooked turkey breast, diced
4 oz Brie cheese, cut into small cubes
1/4 cup cranberry sauce (homemade or store-bought)
Fresh thyme or rosemary leaves, for garnish (optional)
1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
Instructions
1. Preheat Oven:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Prepare the Puff Pastry:
Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface. Cut it into 12 equal squares.
3. Assemble the Bites:
